How do I apply for your service?
You need to complete a service application and email or fax to Globe Telecom on 03 9821 4924 (application available on our website).
Where can I call using your service?
You can make Video conferencing calls to both National and International destinations (full list of countries available upon request).
How do I use the service?
Firstly you need to complete an application. Within the application you need to list all service numbers that are to be registered with Globe Telecom for the purpose of Video conferencing calls. Once the numbers are registered on our network, we will inform you of the access code. You simply dial our 4 digit access code followed by the country code if International or area code if dialling a National destination within Australia.
How will using your service impact my other telephony arrangements?
We have a critical advantage in that when using our service there is no need to change your service provider. You can take full advantage of our services without having to move or churn your telephone services from your existing service provider.
How will I be billed?
You will be billed directly by Globe Telecom. We provide comprehensive billing which includes powerful management reporting tolls and flexible electronic billing.
